My first few days
3000 calories is about 1lb, which you may not see straight away. Remember water can count for a lot too. Keep to 3000+ calories a week and you'll see it start to come off.

Seems the carb refeed worked, I won't give it as long as last time before recognising that one is required. Maybe 3 (strict) weeks of no loss.
