I splurged tonight due to stress at having to go back to work tomorrow after 9 days off. I did not consider the waist versus waste argument advised by my nutritionist, and I ate everything in order to avoid wasting food, regardless of how it affects my waistline.

Due to being out of town over the weekend, I started my 30-day Shred challenge today. My husband joined me and extra motivation. Keeping a positive outlook on completing this challenge. Also meal planned and shopped for the week -- healthy meals and snacks planned out. Need to keep my hand out of the candy jar at work!

I'm having a hard time committing lately. Have tried the 30-day shred before and not been able to stick with it. Am going to try this challenge and do the 30-day shred video as a supplement to my jogging and spinning in an effort to knock some weight off rather quickly. I will miss 2 days (Friday and Saturday) due to being out of town for work. But otherwise, I have high hopes to stick with it and see positive results!
