I'm having a hard time committing lately. Have tried the 30-day shred before and not been able to stick with it. Am going to try this challenge and do the 30-day shred video as a supplement to my jogging and spinning in an effort to knock some weight off rather quickly. I will miss 2 days (Friday and Saturday) due to being out of town for work. But otherwise, I have high hopes to stick with it and see positive results!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
