I splurged tonight due to stress at having to go back to work tomorrow after 9 days off. I did not consider the waist versus waste argument advised by my nutritionist, and I ate everything in order to avoid wasting food, regardless of how it affects my waistline.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
