I am always starting over -- dieting, exercise, piano. I'm too old to always be starting over. I need to maintain and commit. I will stick to my journaling of intake and try to keep a better journal of how I feel, etc., to go along with it. Right now, I'm feeling anxiety about next week's doctor's appointment, but I won't eat poorly because of it. I need to exercise to release this anxiousness. I also need a chiropractic adjustment. My back and neck are in bad shape right now.

Fell off track after feeling ill and some thoughtless eating. Getting back on track today with goal of 130 lbs by November 1.
