Im 5ft 2in and use to be really fit but I fight with depression and anxiety so I've lost all motivation and energy and have gained quite a bit of weight and Im not happy with the way I look which just makes my depression worse so Im hoping to get that motivation back so I can lose weight and become happy with the way I look and be a little happier in general. I also need to do this for health issues cause heart problems run on both sides of my family and I have fibromyalgia.

Ive started taking vitamins and dont eat as much and doing more exercises but not losing still bouncing back and forth between 175 and 180 gettin really ...
