I have 3 beautiful children, & a husband who is my soul mate, I love music & dance & enjoy spending time with my friends... however my eldest child is 11 & my youngest almost 5 & all these years of not wanting to "waste" leftovers have made me stack on the weight which in some ways made me feel depressed & hideous over the years... not wanting to go out often etc... so I just took the plunge & am now eating so much healthier than I was, I still have a long way till I reach my goal but I am enjoying every minute of it...
I have really been enjoying using different exercise games/programs on the wii including wii fit, sometimes I get so caught up in doing the stuff on there that I don't finish up for 2 - 3hrs (gives me time out from all the fighting etc lol)

Not Perfect
i know how you feel fatpolice, i have the same feelings that you describe espec when the kids are fighting or something gets me depressed & i fall off the wagon i feel real guilty which makes things worse!!! i just force myself to shut myself away & get on the wii, i do most of my exercises on there, once i get on there i lose track of time (plus bonus is my partner looks after the 3 kids lol) i started with wii fit, but now i usually use a game called exerbeat if you have a wii & can find that game it has aerobics karate latin dance stretches yoga pilates etc helps me get back on track!!! but know that you are doing great & have come a long way!!! stay positive Smile we can do it.....

my new weight is not showing up in my challenges & it keeps coming up with error when I weigh in.....

help bit confused
I am just wondering, I have gone over my recommended calorie intake for today, however with all the exercise I have done it shows that I have burnt off all my calories.... is this a good thing or not?? it show my rdi % in red & everything else in green...
