I have 3 beautiful children, & a husband who is my soul mate, I love music & dance & enjoy spending time with my friends... however my eldest child is 11 & my youngest almost 5 & all these years of not wanting to "waste" leftovers have made me stack on the weight which in some ways made me feel depressed & hideous over the years... not wanting to go out often etc... so I just took the plunge & am now eating so much healthier than I was, I still have a long way till I reach my goal but I am enjoying every minute of it...
I have really been enjoying using different exercise games/programs on the wii including wii fit, sometimes I get so caught up in doing the stuff on there that I don't finish up for 2 - 3hrs (gives me time out from all the fighting etc lol)
