I'm 28, reside in the Midwest, and am here to shed a little over 40 lbs. I joined Weight Watchers on Jan. 3rd, 2007 and successfully lost 22 lbs before life got in the way. I've gained back about 16 lbs and am motivated to revert back to a healthier lifestyle.
My plan is to count calories and choose mostly nutritious foods so that I don't feel like I'm on a "diet." I am also committing to exercising at least five days per week, for at least 30 minutes. I am hoping to reach my goal weight of 140 lbs in 2010.
