I have struggled my entire life with weight; my top weight was 312 and in June 2013 I decided to pursue WLS-the vertical sleeve. Since then, I have made it down to 260, but am finding I am creeping back up. I also found out that I have a very slow metabolism, with the average being 2000 burned a day, and I am only at 1400. So I have to keep my calories at 1100 a day to actually lose weight, and my protein above 100. It's a struggle, but trying to get the right mix of things to keep going! I have also started exercising more frequently, so that should help as well.
