I am a 23 year old mother to two amazing children, a student for physical therapy and the girlfriend of an amazing man. I started my wieght loss journey in February of 2009 and its been going ever since. I started at 232 pounds, in a size 22 pants and unable to walk up the stairs without being winded. I started on the treadmill, then added the eliptical. I steadily loss weiegh, going though a few rough patches, but never giving up. About six months ago I started taking a body pump class at my gym. Now i take almost every class they offer. Cardio kickboxing on Monday and saturday, body pump on monday, thursday and saturday, Cycling tuesday and wednesday and horizontal training on wednesday. Its a full schedule but Im down to 158 pounds and counting. Plus I can wear a size 10! Only 8 pounds away from my original goal and i wont stop there. This summer will be the first EVER that I am wearing a bikini!! Very excited!
