A parent of two kids that are now teenagers. Almost 40 Years Old. Weight has been a problem for the for the past 5 years. Slowly creppy up on me. Can not get below 165 for the past year. Active in ways, Love to be outside doing yard work, going with kids to their activities. Family history heart problems, do not want to die young like my mother or grandmother. Would like to be down to 150 by November and 140 by July 2013. My goal is to have people suppport me. My husband is my main concern, I want to look good for him.
