24 years old.
Work full time and I'm a full time student.
I'm also planning a wedding that is only about 10 months away.
Everything keeps me busy and stressed so sometimes it's hard for me to stay on track with my weight loss. My stressed-to-the-max days make me more open to temptation to have a big bowl of noodles or a lot of bread or sweet treats. I'm trying harder now to keep my stress level under control and to take some time for myself, which my fiance always tells me I never do.
To help me de-stress I listen to calming/relaxing cd's at work, such as water, rain, piano's, wood flutes, anything you would probably hear while getting a massage at a salon. I also have a lavender air freshener by my heater, so I stay warm, and the floral scent helps to calm me down.
