My plan is to trim down to 155 and then ultimately bulk back up around 175 with a low body fat percentage. Bulking is going to be the hard part since consuming high amounts of food with a certain protein/carb/fat ratio to go along with the muscle gain is no easy task, but I'm up for it! Now, let's trim up first!
