I was so busy that I wasn't watching the time and I missed my time frame window to eat. Since I work with people with special needs and brain injuries one of my duties is making dinner. They wanted Spaghetti. I honestly love freaking pasta and bread. Well I love carbs in general. I wanted to eat some so bad but instead I kept myself busy and cleaned up the kitchen. Also my co-worker made zucchini bread. I want zucchini bread more then I want the spaghetti. I haven't caved which I'm proud of. I've been lacking on drinking water also today. I didn't go to the gym last night. I'm not planing to go tonight ether. I wont get home until about 12:30 am /12:45 am. I need to shower tonight also. So I probably won/t get to bed around 3 am but hopeful before 4 am. I'm going to olive garden tomorrow with some friends and my sister. I've been trying to decide by looking up their menu online but I honestly hate that they don't show carbs. I know for sure that I'm going to get one of their salads with no cheese, croutons or dressing. (I'm not eating dairy because I get really bad brake outs with acne and I get digestive issue's plus since I quite eating anything containing dairy on Sunday, I've notice my skin is clearing up and other issues are going away) I'm not looking forward tomorrow evening because I decided to be nice and pick up another shift because my work is short handed. So I'll be working from 4 pm on Friday to 8 am on Saturday. I think I'm going to try to fast this weekend but not all the way for sure yet.

I'm done eating for the day.. I'm content. Before work I took a nap. I wish I didn't because when I'm not up and active I'm tired and yawning. I have about 4 plus hours left of work. I work 4 pm to 12 am. My first meal of the day was about 230 pm. I just finished my last meal at 650 pm. I've also drank my Protien2o (protein infused water) the flavor was Harvest Grape. I feel like I need to start drinking electrolyte water because I'm drink anywhere from 80 to 100 ounces per day and my urine is almost clear. I've had major cravings the first day which was Monday. I had some cravings yesterday which was my second day. Today I wanted to eat fried chicken but I got over it very quickly. I'm feeling okay. I need to drink another 30 to 40 ish ounces of water.

I'm content. My last meal of the day was at 6:45 pm. Usually I try to start to eat my last meal of the day at 6 pm because I like to eat at a slow pace. But since I don't want to eat past 7 pm I ate it in 10 minutes. So I love pasta. Well almost all pasta. The only pasta alternative I like is yellow squash. I've tried other pasta alternatives and I honestly don't like them. I'm kinda going back and forth about taking and posting before pictures. I have to take measurements for a bridesmaids dress on the 31'st or by then because that is when I need to put in the order.
When is a good time in the day to take measurements? I usually weigh myself when I first get up after I use the bathroom. I've want to try to weigh myself once a week and not every day like I have been.

So yesterday and today have been kinda crappy. Summer is almost over. I honestly love fall and winter I just hate driving in snow. I'm trying to drink the protein2o before I go to work/on my way to work. I eat my meals between 2 pm and 7 pm. I then drink water from 7 pm to 2 pm. I worked out after work last night. I did shitty though. I was probably only at the gym for 45 minutes. I weighted myself this morning when I got up/after using the bathroom. I weighted 397.8. I've also noticed since I'm drinking all this cold water I'm cold. So when I baked the chciken last night I left the oven on for about 8 plus hours and when I was walking up to my door I could hear the CO2 alarm go off because it had gotten so hot.

Today is the first day back on the keto diet. So far I'm doing okay. I was at work and I really wanted to eat this beef with pasta thing. Instead I ate a pickle. I then waited until about 6 pm to eat my last meal of the day. I finished eating about 630pm. I like to take my time eating even though it was 4 oz of chicken breast, 6 cups of baby spinach and about a 1/8 cup of Franks Red Sauce. What I did was seasoned and baked the chicken. I then chopped the chicken up and then in a bowl mixed the hot sauce with it. I then chopped up the baby spinach. I then mixed everything together and ate it. ( I took food to work so I just put the chicken and hot sauce in another container separate from the baby spinach so I could warm it up and then let the chicken & Sauce cool down and then mixed).
I'm probably going to wait an hour or two before I drink my Protien2o. I have a lot more energy. I'm content.
