I was so busy that I wasn't watching the time and I missed my time frame window to eat. Since I work with people with special needs and brain injuries one of my duties is making dinner. They wanted Spaghetti. I honestly love freaking pasta and bread. Well I love carbs in general. I wanted to eat some so bad but instead I kept myself busy and cleaned up the kitchen. Also my co-worker made zucchini bread. I want zucchini bread more then I want the spaghetti. I haven't caved which I'm proud of. I've been lacking on drinking water also today. I didn't go to the gym last night. I'm not planing to go tonight ether. I wont get home until about 12:30 am /12:45 am. I need to shower tonight also. So I probably won/t get to bed around 3 am but hopeful before 4 am. I'm going to olive garden tomorrow with some friends and my sister. I've been trying to decide by looking up their menu online but I honestly hate that they don't show carbs. I know for sure that I'm going to get one of their salads with no cheese, croutons or dressing. (I'm not eating dairy because I get really bad brake outs with acne and I get digestive issue's plus since I quite eating anything containing dairy on Sunday, I've notice my skin is clearing up and other issues are going away) I'm not looking forward tomorrow evening because I decided to be nice and pick up another shift because my work is short handed. So I'll be working from 4 pm on Friday to 8 am on Saturday. I think I'm going to try to fast this weekend but not all the way for sure yet.

Today is the first day back on the keto diet. So far I'm doing okay. I was at work and I really wanted to eat this beef with pasta thing. Instead I ate a pickle. I then waited until about 6 pm to eat my last meal of the day. I finished eating about 630pm. I like to take my time eating even though it was 4 oz of chicken breast, 6 cups of baby spinach and about a 1/8 cup of Franks Red Sauce. What I did was seasoned and baked the chicken. I then chopped the chicken up and then in a bowl mixed the hot sauce with it. I then chopped up the baby spinach. I then mixed everything together and ate it. ( I took food to work so I just put the chicken and hot sauce in another container separate from the baby spinach so I could warm it up and then let the chicken & Sauce cool down and then mixed).
I'm probably going to wait an hour or two before I drink my Protien2o. I have a lot more energy. I'm content.
