So yesterday and today have been kinda crappy. Summer is almost over. I honestly love fall and winter I just hate driving in snow. I'm trying to drink the protein2o before I go to work/on my way to work. I eat my meals between 2 pm and 7 pm. I then drink water from 7 pm to 2 pm. I worked out after work last night. I did shitty though. I was probably only at the gym for 45 minutes. I weighted myself this morning when I got up/after using the bathroom. I weighted 397.8. I've also noticed since I'm drinking all this cold water I'm cold. So when I baked the chciken last night I left the oven on for about 8 plus hours and when I was walking up to my door I could hear the CO2 alarm go off because it had gotten so hot.
