Have put on a little bit but i thought it would be much much more!! so a little relieved but getting back into the swing of dieting... cutting nuts out!

just got back from holiday... ate A LOT but did exercise... going to weigh myself tomorrow morning!! Shame i blew it on the flight home... far too many chocolates. icecream and deserts.. oh well. Diet starts NOW!

Ok so ive been too scared to jump on the scales because i know its going to repulse me and put me into a terrible mood... BUT ive given myself a deadline. Im going on summer holidays this week and i will eat well and exercise EVERY day.. when i get back i WILL record my weight so i have something to go down from.
It is amazing how you can trick yourself into thinking you havent put on weight by wearing all your bigger clothes (and stretch pants).. but the truth is when you do try on your old stuff and it either grabs horribly over your hips or doesnt even make it over them you've really let yourself go. BUT it can be changed...and will. I managed to get myself back to a happy weight in June (then let it go) but i will do it again. Atkins diet here we come. No sugar... no stuffing my face with chocolate. Limiting alcohol! Ahh... at the end of the day as much as i enjoy a chocolate bar... i enjoy feeling fantastic more so it will happen.

Although its only been just under 2 weeks (and i havent been overly strict!!) i am starting to see the rewards! Went to the beach today and felt a little bit more confident in my swimmers.
However... I need to control my weekend eating. Today i have snacked on kit kats, milo, nutella, sultanas and lots and lots of nuts. NOT GOOD! When i see im starting to lose weight i think i can just have that little chocolate... etc etc, but reality is i cant. So this week i am going to stick with it and feel fabuluos when i go out thursday night!

Sugar is creeping back into my diet... i was good for a few days but have slipped these last few. Chocolate, sugary yogurt and dried fruit are becoming things i find myself grazing on all day and i REALLY need to stop this.
SO Im promising myself that tomorrow I am cutting it all out. NO cereal, dried fruit, milo, nutella or yogurt. If im going to work so hard to lose this weight all day i have to stop ruining my efforts by eating all that crap in the afternoon!!
