Although its only been just under 2 weeks (and i havent been overly strict!!) i am starting to see the rewards! Went to the beach today and felt a little bit more confident in my swimmers.

However... I need to control my weekend eating. Today i have snacked on kit kats, milo, nutella, sultanas and lots and lots of nuts. NOT GOOD! When i see im starting to lose weight i think i can just have that little chocolate... etc etc, but reality is i cant. So this week i am going to stick with it and feel fabuluos when i go out thursday night!
