Ok so ive been too scared to jump on the scales because i know its going to repulse me and put me into a terrible mood... BUT ive given myself a deadline. Im going on summer holidays this week and i will eat well and exercise EVERY day.. when i get back i WILL record my weight so i have something to go down from.

It is amazing how you can trick yourself into thinking you havent put on weight by wearing all your bigger clothes (and stretch pants).. but the truth is when you do try on your old stuff and it either grabs horribly over your hips or doesnt even make it over them you've really let yourself go. BUT it can be changed...and will. I managed to get myself back to a happy weight in June (then let it go) but i will do it again. Atkins diet here we come. No sugar... no stuffing my face with chocolate. Limiting alcohol! Ahh... at the end of the day as much as i enjoy a chocolate bar... i enjoy feeling fantastic more so it will happen.
