ok so this last week things have been going pretty well... started to let myself slip a little but a few pieces of chocolate hopefully wont hurt!! As i said before.. little steps day by day
This morning not so good. Was absolutely starving and could not be satisfied.. kept eating and eating all morning long. Far too much sugary products! So annoying when ive been so good all week!!!!! Ah! Resolution... this afternoon I will go for a run and get back on it. Plus I am not letting myself drink tonight.

Day 3 of getting myself back on track...
Yesterday was alright but i blew it at the end of the day stuffing myself with yogurts, dried fruit and watermelon before dinner.
But i believe it is a process and everyday im learning and will do a little better. Hence today = no dried fruit for me + im going to keep tabs of how much yogurt i eat!

Ok so I am not sure what Ive been doing these last 2 months but all of a sudden I have become shockingly aware that I have piled on everything I lost + more.
My thighs and bum are bulging in all my clothes and i have that all over crappy feeling. Ive lost confidence in myself and feel terrible.
But on a better note... it stops right now. I am going to get serious and lose everything i put on and regain my body again.
This means writing down absolutely everything I eat and getting serious that yes just eating that one block of chocolate (multiple times during the day) IS making me fat and has consequences.
SO as shit as i feel for getting to this point Im not going to get depressed about it.. tomorrow is going to be a better day for me and the weight is going to start to come off.

I dont want to weigh myself because im scared how much ive put on! Its been my birthday week and have been binging terribly. Cannot believe ive lost this just before the party... ahh crap!!

Really happy starting to lose again. Just binged for breakfast so need to keep strong today. Cutting nuts out of my diet - cant manage to eat just a few..end up eating out of the jar! One week till the party... 1 kg to lose.
