When and How Often
I weigh myself everyday. I don't get all upset about it one or the other anymore. I feel that if I weigh myself in the morning, it seems to motivate me to stay on track especially if there is a big loss!

My vice
Well good luck, I too am addicted to diet coke. I love the taste of it. I have given it up for 3 weeks. I am holding myself to one a day this week to see how it goes.

Has anyone actually NOT stalled on Atkins bars?
I haven't stalled on them, but I do find they make me crave sweets a little more often. When I don't eat them I don't feel the need for anything sweet, but whenever I have one I do want more. So I just eat them on occasion.
The MIM on the otherhand... Totally addicted have one for breakfast everyday. I really love them.
