Hi! My name is Angie. I just turned 30 years old and live in STL. I have two kids. An 8 year old boy and a 2 year old girl. I lost 33 pounds on weight watchers last year and have since put about 8 lbs back on. I have decided to try the Fat Smash Diet. green bags??
Has anyone tried those green bags they advertise on tv? You know the ones that are supposed to keep your fresh fruits and veggies fresh for twice as long or whatever? I just bought have the produce department and hope I can eat it fast enough!

I also just stumbled upon this looking for recipes!
I am starting Detox tomorrow. Spent the whole day shopping and chopping fruits and vegeatables. I would love to be your buddy because I too can use as much support as I can get. How awesome is this site? It's basically the same thing you pay for with Weight Watchers!
