I also just stumbled upon this looking for recipes!
I am starting Detox tomorrow. Spent the whole day shopping and chopping fruits and vegeatables. I would love to be your buddy because I too can use as much support as I can get. How awesome is this site? It's basically the same thing you pay for with Weight Watchers!

Hey! So far, I like this site as well. Stumbled on it looking for recipes, but it has so much more to offer. This is my 3rd time on fat smash. Did really well and lost 40 lbs the first time, the 2nd time I ended up getting very sick and had to stop to take care of myself. Im ready to do it again!! Its the only thing that has worked for me so far. Im here if anyone has questions, or wants motivation. I know I need some. =0)

Hello and Help Please
I agree. Gaining 30 lbs in a month when you have actually been doing things to make yourself healthier is alarming to me. The water retention alarms me as well. If your doctor says there is nothing wrong, ...

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
