I am 31 years old, I am a wife and mother to my one year old daughter. I have been married for four years and told myself I would always stay in shape. Once I became pregnant, I only gained 15lbs. A year later I have not lost that "baby" weight which is embarrassing because I didnt gain much and looked great while pregnant. I am a stay at home mom and not on the go as I used to be yet, I am a different kind of active having a one year old to run after. I am still young and want to look good for myself, my husband and my daughter. I want to be healthy and keep my family healthy too. I am looking forward to shedding 20lbs and feeling good.
