I've been needing to lose weight for a long time. The problem is that I don't eat at all healthy and I keep gaining weight. Every morning I start off saying "today is the day," and at the end of every day I say I'll start tomorrow morning. Sound familiar? Well last night, Easter Eve evening of 2012, I clicked on an ad about a cardiologist that survived a heart attack and could now tell me firsthand (as a cardiologist & now a patient), how to avoid that from happening to me and how to also reverse any heart disease that I might already have built up in my arteries. I read his article entitled "Take the First Step Toward a Life Free of Heart Disease." My interest grew with every paragraph and by the end of the article I knew I had to change my life.

This morining, Easter Morning, I woke up saying "today is the day," but today I feel more confident that I can get through the day eating healthy - well at least through breakfast! I went to the web and did a Google-search looking for how many calories were in a small tomato. That is one of the foods this doctor said he would eat at breakfast. Good enough for him; good enough for me!

My search resulted in me finding www.fatsecret.com. Wow, a website with seemingly all of the features of the Weightwatchers website, and more, for FREE!! After a short time on this website, I am more certain that I have all the tools I need to accomplish my health goals. And now, Easter Morning 2012, I pray "Today is THE Day!"
