Hello! Here is a little about me.
I used to be in excellent shape when I was in my late teens to late twenties. Harldy any fat on me!
I had two children and still continue to try to loose the weight from my frist child, I gained 75lbs. I went on some heavy medications to get my weight loss started and succeeded. Lost 25lbs! Then I stopped loosing. I lost the drive and gained some of the weight I lost.
Now I am having to take hormone pills because I am "too young" to go through menopause after having a complete hysterectomy. I can actually feel the fat piling on.
I want to get back to the feeling I used to have when in my twenties. I want to be gung ho about exercise but I have no "push" inside me. I miss it. I want it back!!! I want to be in shape again, it felt so good.
I WILL try harder!
