I am a 29 year old mother who works at a creative group as a graphic designer, on top of trying to promote/start my own business. Balancing work and providing care for my two year old has put me in a position where i put my own needs on the back burner. It has caught up with me and I am ready to do something about it. A long-time swimmer growing up, i eventually plan to make that part of my daily routine. My daughter is everything to me and I want to be around, active, and a good example to her as she grows up.
