this is just craziness o.0
Water and sodium intake. That's the only thing I can think of. Are you weighing in at the same time each day? I've had the up and down too...

phentermine
Also, what I was told when I had the prescription a couple of years ago was this: it may or may not show up as amphetamines on a drug screen. Is getting it without a prescription worth the potential risk?

Cannot access nutritional label on BlackBerry Tour
For the last two days I've not been able to access the nutritional label for any food in the database, even ones I've been able to access in the past. When I click on the More button on the Food Info screen the browser opens and I get the following message:

"Error encountered during XML parse: Expecting a system identifier."

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app from BlackBerry App World and it made no difference. If anyone else is experiencing this please reply so that I'm not feeling picked on. Sad

Thanks!

Personally I would get a prescription and purchase it from a reputable local dealer. That way you have a neck within reach to wring in case it turns out the pills are fake.

Any thoughts on Phentermine?
I've been on it since 21 Jan and have been doing great. It's a help in establishing the lifestyle change so that when I come off, eating health is a HABIT, not a fad. When I started I was 219. Today I'm 191. I'm hoping to break into the 180s this week. I used to wear 40" pants and now 36" pants are loose unless I push my stomach out!

Changing eating habits alone aren't going to do it though. I've cut sodas and coffee down to almost nill. I also exercise more often. With all the water I'm drinking I get plenty of exercise running to the restroom!

Just don't give up the good habits you build while on it and you'll be fine.
