My feet have been swollen a few days due to bad eating over the weekend, a few cocktails but I did walking and drank water as well...so not sure what happened.

As I'm getting close to my weight loss journey I reflect on how I get here. A huge thank you to this site and app on phone for being in my life and helping me make good choices, not that I always have. I have 5 lbs left to go to my ultimate goal! Yeah me! I finally stuck with something in my life. I feel a whole better these days. My health is great, my pains are gone :) My next step will be maintain and tone my weight which I figure it will go up a little in the beginning but that is a whole new ball game.........until next time.
