So I've been on this new life style for about 2 months now and I have consistently lost weight every week(2 pounds). For the past 3 weeks I've noticed that I've lost near to nothing but I dont know why that is. Can low protein or high carbs affect my weight loss even if my calories intake is the same? If yes can you guys please help me with suggestions on high protein foods, also low carb foods (I love rice and its hard to find a replacement)

ps. I go to the gym about an hour 4-5 times a week.

Finally Signed Up to the Gym
Hey guys, so today I signed up to a gym for the first time in my life. I really want to work on my abs, thighs, and biceps. Any suggestions? It would be a lot of help cuz I'm new to this and don't know exactly which exercises would work best.

One year anniversary and a MASSIVE goal reached!
Congratulation. Your story is so inspiring. I can't wait to reach my goal although your goal is a lot more admirable. Than you for sharing this definitely motivates me.
