Fat/Carb/Protein breakdown and food advice
Some diets utilize extremely low carb intake to force the body to feed off of it's fat storage. I personally should use this dieting format because of my diabetes but lets face it, I eat around 300 or so g of carbs a day, I wont be able to stay under 50g... for some this is awesome. Anabolic diet I think it's called

Fat/Carb/Protein breakdown and food advice
ive noticed that even when I have 328.87g of protein and 112.83g of fat the percentages 27% protein and 24% fat are the result... which to me isn't good math. I don't know why they give such a low value to protein, I just know I need at least 1.2g of protein per pound of my body weight try to keep fat down and well let the chips fall where they may! I am trying to eat around 4000 calories a day though, so we have different goals I think.

Music - What do you listen to?
When I am at the gym, I avoid cardio and stick to weight training so most of my music choices are kind of hard but here goes.

Disturbed, Fiver Finger Death Punch, Slipknot, Three Days Grace, Rise Against etc

Kanye West, Eminem, Black Eyed Peas, 50 Cent... basically anything that could make me sing along or dance... when jack johnson pops up (though I like him) I gotta hit that NEXT button or I will slowwwww dowwwwwn
