My Secrets
Well.. I am only 25 but I feel I have a few great secrets..
1. Communication is always KEY.. if you dont know ask.. is nothing wrong in asking. Or if you need to vent to someone do it.. if you need to communicate with someone do it.. dont bottle things up..
2. Water Water Water...
3. Take Stairs rather then Elevator
4. pre package some vege and fruit in a ziploc bag so you can just grab them n go when in a hurry
5. Do a small excercise during Commercials.. sit ups or pushups or something!!
6. Sleep..
7. Breakfast within 30 min of waking up is great for the body...

Hi
I signed up here back in August and I only logged in once I think and Finally got the nerve to start this thing out again.. I am in need of a diet buddy I think that doing it with someone would be really good. I love to cook and I am married with a son who is 6. I don't work outside the house so I find myself sitting around alot watching tv or being on the computer. Wanting to lose about 50-60 lbs. be nice to be what I once was before I had my son.. I hope that this site will work for me
