Ok I'm back.... I have been away too long. I need to get back on track. I was walking 5 miles on Saturdays and I want to get back there so bad. I am having knee issues but I need to lose weight to make walking easier. I miss being able to walk and not get tired.... Wish me luck. I am putting it on here because I know I can lose... I have until December.
