Hi, my name is Valery, 21 from Ontario. I don’t recall ever having trouble with my weight. I always remember eating what I wanted, when I wanted. Until I finally got my hands on my career, a sit down job… 8 hours a day sitting down caught up with me quick. My highest was 180, I was making poor choices and not exercising haft as much as I used to. Before I started college I weighed 140 lbs. My goal and healthy weight is 150. This time I am determined and motivated, I’m 21 this should still be the time of my life. My boyfriend and I completely changed our life style. I go running now 4 to 5 times a week, signed up for spinning classes for the whole winter and yoga classes with my collogues. I believe in obtaining my goal and achievement happiness within myself.
I’m planning on going to the best vacation of my life this winter, Cancun – I don’t want to be the girl wearing a tank top over her bikini – I want to be toned and tanned ;)
