I'm 40 years old, ex-military (Infantry)now working in an office for the FEDS. Having kids and raising them properly means that you must put your life on hold. Almost 40 pounds later, your doctor tells you to watch stuff like cholesterol, sugar, carbs and all that stuff. My lovely wife started looking at me with concern, knowing that if I don't get leaner, there propably won't be much of growing old together or seing my futur grandkids. Well, got to shed some pounds and start thinking about myself. Lots of muscle beneath this blubber. I know I can do it. I know my limits both physically en mentally. My moto went from "I'm here for a good time, not a long time" to "I'm here for long life with the ones I love"
