I'm 42 yrs old, I have a small body frame and have always been slim & fit. Active jobs and lifestyle kept me that way. I live a more sedative life now(housewife). The past few years I have really put on the weight! I no longer desire the "perfect" body, I do however want to fit into my stored clothes again!
