I work as an aide and provide care for my father. In my spare time, I garden, play video games, watch movies, read, and knit. Knitting has become a real passion for me and I knit every day.

"Tuna Fish Salad"
Does "Tuna Fish Salad" listed in the foods section contain mayonnaise or does it have to be added separately to my list of foods eaten?
Sometimes the "Foods" are vague as to ingredients.

As of Today, there is still a pop-up asking for password confirmation. When I try to input the password, it wants me to change the password. So, still no easy way to change any of the settings.

stuck at same weight
I've just hit the same problem as you - no weight change in two weeks. My body has adapted, plateaued, to the diet and exercise routine that I'm on.
Only two choices: cut more calories or up the amount of exercise.
Ugh!

FOOD WHILE ON ROAD TRIPS
Cut fresh celery and baby carrots are low-calorie, non-messy, and I find the excessive chewing makes me feel like I'm having a full course meal. They travel well if you place them in a deep plastic bowl with some cold water and a tight-fitting lid.

Self control
I have no control at all and my family enables my cravings. This is what seems to be working for me.
Drinking lots and lots of water
Cleaning
Tackling my "to do" list
Pampering myself, buffing my nails, brushing my hair, grooming, etc.
Taking up a hobby. For me, gardening and knitting.
Good luck!
