College Football Player Mom who wants to look less like a linebacker and more like a cheerleader!

I'm 46 about to turn 47 and work full time for a software company. This past summer I was given permission by my job to work from a home office on a daily basis, so my husband and I moved to a small town in the middle of the country to experience the good life - country living at it's best!! We moved into a home that was built in 1790 and living in this little town is like living on a Hallmark movie set. We love it here and I'm hoping this transition will help me have more time to focus on my heath and weight loss.
