My name is Valerie & I'm currently 3 weeks into changing my life for a healthier weight. I'm under doctor supervision on a modified Atkins food plan that allows 20 carbs a day. Aside from that I'm married and mother to a beautiful 25 year old daughter and her wonderful boyfriend. I'm Christian and lead worship at my church home of 20 years. I'm pretty transparent and enjoy being social.

Buddies Needed for Low Carb Weight Loss
I'm new to this support site and I'm new to low carb eating. I'm 47 and under Dr's prescribed diet of 20 carbs a day. I'm so excited to say that thinking about it on the drive home from the doctors office was really the worst part of this last 13 days! I am finding awesome recipes on line and find that most days I fall short of the 20! I have been able to follow the plan 100% and have gone from 313 to 304 in these 13 days. I am looking for buddies so feel free to add me!!
