I have always been over weight and this year ended up at 99kgs, up untill August last year I always had a dog but sadly I lost her. I'm unable to walk far as have had problems with my knees, have had one replaced and now the other one is playing up. Five months ago my BP went sky high and was told to loose weight, since then have changed my eating habits. I have salads every lunch time and my main meals have made smaller, stopped all bread and biscuits and have managed to drop to my current weight of 92. I would like to drop more but finding it very hard.
