I love working out! I recently decided to move from bodybuilding workouts/diets to more calisthenics/crossfit type stuff. I am currently training for the Vermont Spartan Beast in September! My goal is to drop some body fat to help my run times, maintain the muscle I have in my butt and thighs, and be able to do 5 dead hang pull ups before the race.
