I'm a 23 year old health coach. I'm sick of being fat and want to start to practice what I preach. At this age I shouldn't have aches and pains after a simple workout, but I do. My goal is to get in shape to attend a fitness conference at the end of the summer. Over the years I've tried everything from WeightWatchers to SlimFast and have never lost more than 20 pounds. This time I'm doing old fashioned diet and exercise! I can't remember the last time I weighed under 200 pounds. I want to lose between 65-85 pounds.
