I'm a 24 year old health coach. I'm sick of being fat and want to start to practice what I preach. At this age I shouldn't have aches and pains after a simple workout, but I do. Over the years I've tried everything from WeightWatchers to SlimFast and have never lost more than 20 pounds. This time I'm doing old fashioned diet and exercise! I can't remember the last time I weighed under 200 pounds. I want to lose between 65-85 pounds.
