Well I am trying something different. After the Army I decided I wanted to get as fat as humanly possible.. I've succeeded. Now its time to lose it all. Its way harder than I thought it would be.

I didnt realize how much I had gained until I was was headed out on this deployment (I'm a contractor now) and I got on the scale at the doctors office.. I nearly shit myself, 265LB. Luckily my blood tests came back and I'm still pretty healthy, for a fat man

My wife and I have been on this journey together. I cant say I'm enjoying every minute of it but the results have my only reason to keep going with it. Its nice to need a belt with every pair of pants I own and to swim in shirts that used to fit snuggly!

I eat at least 3 eggs everyday. Theyre always boiled.. but still. My results.. I've lost 40lb in 3 months. my cholesterol hasnt been effected. I think if you are eating junk all day long.. sure you can blame the eggs, but I doubt they are the problem
