what does "food mean"?
My answer would be a bit of a mix, sorry!
Food is primarily fuel - what I eat is for the purpose of sustaining my physical capacity (gotta have that protein), but it's also fuel for my brain. I've been struggling to focus due to an overwhelming workload, so I've turned to trying a ketogenic diet (I've done it once before with amazing mental clarity) to see if that can help me weather the storm for a few months.
But food is also medicine. Medicine for the body, mind and the soul - this isn't something to abuse. It's important to be knowledgeable about what we put in our bodies.

Do you lift weights
I lift 3x a week on Stronglifts + some other accessories thrown in, but I'm considering switching to a 5 day split that incorporates the compound lifts and more accessories and plyometrics.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I've done both daily and weekly. Right now, I'm doing weekly again as I feel like my weight upswings on Mondays after the weekends (when I generally eat not according to my diet). But depending on how I feel after a few months of weekly, I might try daily weighing again.
I'll admit, I get obsessive about it, so I don't want to get too down by weighing too often. I do have to work on cultivating the discipline and fortitude to do so without freaking out, though.

How to set diet?

If you go to the American site

you can choose MY DIET...UK, South Africa, New Zealand etc etc don't have that option.
This worked! Thank you!
I was able to reset the features I wanted.
Unfortunately no macro goal setting, but I like how the information is presented in the diary feature, so I think this'll be easy to use.

How to set diet?
Hi, everyone!
Thanks for the replies! I am in Canada, so that's probably why. I'll try logging in through the American site to see if I can change it.
Can you set macro goals/targets using the "My Diet" feature?
