3 kg dumbells side stretch for less than 1 minute , both sides.

2 kg side lifting , turning around top of the head ...8 times each had

this i do every day ( since i started my work out session)

3 X week. Never same routine. All full body moves, one arm/one leg dumbbell moves. Toss in pull ups, sprints, dips, and box jumps those days as well. Other 4 try to do some form of LISS ... Or golf! Laughing

6 days a week 30-40 mins each chest/triceps/abs, shoulders/legs, back/biceps heavy low reps then repeat for next three days but lighter and more reps and different exercises, MTB ride three days after work

Currently doing Jim Stoppani program Shortcut to Size. Just finished week 2 of Phase 1. Program is M/T lift, W hard cardio, TH/F lift, S/S hard cardio. Loving it!

I just started last week, 3 times a week just using bands. I just grabbed my free weight's today, 2 lbs for 10 mins. Any suggestions on utube videos that would be good for a beginner, like me? I find it boring just lifting weights with music or the tv on.

Yes, I love to lift weights. It's been several months shall I say since I lift but I'm back in the swing of things. Lifting is and can be fun - it's very challenging!

I prefer use the Total Gym for my resistance training. Free weights can be risky when working out alone.

I started doing body beast just finished the build phase..On my 3rd week in the bulk phase its great I love it!!!! some of the most intense workouts I have ever done

My workout routine breaks down to 3 weeks of the build phase these are hr long workouts 6 days a week..

The bulk phase these are intense 30 to 45 min workouts with very little rest also 6 days a week

the beast phase is 3 weeks broken dow to abs 10 min cardio 30 min and total body workout 45 min again 6days a week

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 165. I must be very dense because even at 209 I wear size 16. At 165 I'll probably wear 8 which I'm super happy with.
