Hi I am Tanya and I recently turned 40. I have been over weight for several years but have managed to just about keep on top of things. I have three young children (2, 4 and 7) and at the end of this year I will be retiring form my current job and moving back home to be with the children full time (yeah!). As I am away in the week I try to train as much as possible on work days, complete my rehab programme (Still dealing with post birth issues) and have an active time with the children at the weekends.
My weekenesses are drinking (particularly a glass of wine after a long day) and all food! I love to eat.
I am hoping that by joining a few groups and getting some encouragement I might start to loose weight more effectively and move myself into a better lifestyle in general.
Target weight loss 14kg (25lbs I think). 2kgs down and lots more to go.
