On off on off on. When it comes to dieting most people know about this yo-yo routine. But I am on again and this time its gotta be for good. I was 40 pounds down before but I got caught up in leaving my job for a new one and starting school and before I knew it, all that weight was back. Work has been my biggest challenge. I work at a gourmet food and gifting shop that has food out all day. And its ALL rich. Its a process but I'm learning to resist and get back to my old healthy routine.
1. Think before you eat.
2. Eat until you're not hungry, not until you're full.
3. One mistake doesn't ruin the whole day.
4. Drink lots of water. Lots!
5. Fight work fatigue and exercise more!
6. Be confident in yourself no matter what your weight is.
