Well, I've lost weight before on Weight Watchers; but it's been almost 40 years ago now....and I'm so ready to get rid of the girth. My feet, knees, and arms hurt and I gained almost 20 pounds since Christmas...and I think I'm mentally ready to get to work. The first time I worked like everything depended on me and prayed like everything depends on God.

How to remove account
I helped my grandson set up his account and discovered he did not want it. I want to remove it for him; he's too young to do it himself.

Good for you! Thanks for the encouragement. Have a great week. I appreciate knowing there are others to communicate with and encourage....that encourage me, too.

I need diet buddies who have over 100 to lose
Congratulations! You're really doing great. You'll make it. Come talk to me in the group I just started: My Dog Loves Me....? I just think you have something of interest to share there.

I once was young, but now I'm.......
When I was in my twenties I lost over 50 pounds on Weight Watchers. That was back in the days when you ate lots of fish and liver. Then Weight watchers changed their program to points...and well I just won't learn the new system and hate to count calories, too. Now I'm 63, single, over weight or under height. (Fat)Confused My son told me about this sight and it sounded like I might be able to do this, since I don't have to count calories. This is my first week, so I'll find out if it will work for me tomorrow. I sure hope it does. I really do want to lose weight. Embarassed
