I weighed first thing this AM for the official start weight for the 12 Week Atkins Induction Challenge: STARTING W8 -
318 lbs
That's a 5 lb loss from the start of the year due to eliminating the white carbs that had crept into my diet and reducing complex carbs in general to 80 - 100g per day and drinking plenty of water & green tea.
I have not been able to update my diet info to indicate Atkins Diet as my chosen method.

I've joined the 12 Week Atkins Induction Challenge, which starts on the 7th of January ending 01/04/2013. I will weigh in again on the starting date. This is but a small part of the long journey ahead.
I had committed to returning to a low carb, low sugar way of eating and have been gradually reducing my carb & sugar intake since 02/01/13. Sugar is my downfall. Always has been. Time to tame that beast.
Are you 300+ lbs or have been? Would be happy to buddy up?
