I've joined the 12 Week Atkins Induction Challenge, which starts on the 7th of January ending 01/04/2013. I will weigh in again on the starting date. This is but a small part of the long journey ahead.
I had committed to returning to a low carb, low sugar way of eating and have been gradually reducing my carb & sugar intake since 02/01/13. Sugar is my downfall. Always has been. Time to tame that beast.
