Dang!!!. Stayed the same. I suppose I should be grateful. Midweek, I was up 3 lbs. I understand about daily weight changes but I was alarmed. I spent some time looking through Atkins resources and established that I may have been overdoing the sweetener. I've cut this down to 4 teaspoons of granulated Splenda used in my daily two mugs of coffee, in which I indulge myself with a tablespoon of cream. I may not have done enough foundation vegetables as bowel movements have mostly been absent (TMI - sorry). I will console myself with the idea that there may be food and other (Ermm) stuff lurking in my gut. I am sticking to Induction. I love that I am not experiencing hunger much; am more alert and not experiencing mid afternoon energy slumps like I used to. Onwards and downwards.
Must buy a measuring tape and do my measurements.

I didn't get a chance to log in yesterday, with my weigh-in after 1 week. I lost 7 lbs & am pretty pleased with that. That's a total of 12 lbs in two weeks, including my pre- Atkins Induction challenge weight loss.
First Goal:
Get below 300 lbs

I am worried about my fat in take. It seems very high on some days. Over 100 on some days. Atkins Induction, I know but I guess sure can cut down on the fat.
What's your experience?
